Terms and Conditions of Use

1.Acceptance of the terms

By downloading, installing or using the Aromario application ("the App"), you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them, do not use the App. Clab HF Development ("we") may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the changes.

2.Description of the service

Aromario is a digital fragrance wardrobe that lets you log your collection and receive fragrance recommendations based on the weather, the occasion and the time of year. The App is free.

3.Your account

Access to the App requires signing in with a Google account; we do not offer account-free access or a guest mode. You must be 18 years of age or older to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for all activity performed with it.

4.Permitted use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App on your devices. You agree to:

• Use the App only for personal and lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to extract, copy or reverse-engineer the App's code.
• Not use the App for commercial purposes without written authorization.
• Not interfere with the operation of the App or its services.

5.Your content

The data you log (your collection, your wishlist and your profile) belongs to you.

• Your wardrobe and your wishlist are stored on your device. Since version 1.0.108, if you are signed in, they are also backed up to the cloud and linked to your Google account.
• Your fragrance profile (the initial survey answers) is synced with Firebase linked to your Google account. You can delete your account and data from the App (Profile › Delete my account and data) or by writing to clabhfdevelopment@gmail.com.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

6.Affiliate links

The App may show purchase buttons with affiliate links to third-party stores (for example, Perfumania). If you make a purchase through those links, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. We do not control third-party sites: their prices, availability and policies are the sole responsibility of each store.

7.Intellectual property

The App, its design, logos and content are the property of Clab HF Development or its licensors. The perfume brands shown belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes.

8.No warranties

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App is free of errors or that recommendations will match your preferences. Recommendations are automated suggestions and do not constitute professional advice.

9.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clab HF Development shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

10.Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

11.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
